The foods the students want in the market which will be depicted on the marketing mural.  Most families here eat rice three times a day and the last meal is served with fish and palm oil (a bad fat).  Vegetables are virtually non-existent though the land can easily support agriculture.  Even onions are imported from the Ivory Coast which shares the same climate and soil as Maryland County.  It seems the present issue is lack of education and creating a market for healthy foods.  People here believe non of the foods can grow here, and most people are used to doing without them in their diets anyways.
